Was there multiple times ,first time was in 2021, it was cool, once again in February 26 2024-July 2024 , that experience was awful, had to wait 1hr in the cold for them to get my room ready smh , but I came back last month for a month , OMG That new management staff is the best I ever seen it , and the manager Norma was the best ,whatever you needed she was there to accommodate your needs with the quickness ..

Both managers there are very nice and kind. My wife loved the emergency line woman at night. Forgot her name. She helps a lot during the day as well and always seems busy - the GM is the same way. It has changed drastically since the last time I was here about a year ago. I came for work and stayed and the management was horrible. I got locked out of my room back then and it took an hour and a half for the woman to come let me in and reset my key. This time I had to get it reset and unfortunately I needed to call at 1am and the woman came down within 15 minutes from answering. That is what I call customer service. I really appreciated that. She was find and professional although you could tell she was very tired and I had woken her up. Apologize for that. The rooms aren't the best. They are old and really need painted. New appliances. The carpet in the rooms are very old and outdated. Need to have hardwood flooring in the rooms. I dont know if they're all like that though. Just a lot of updates are needed. This place does have roaches but I have been in worse places than this so we dealt with it. I was thankful to keep all of our items due to having zero bed bugs. That is what I liked the most. Constantly rotating people out of a hotel can be hard and stressful but they make it feel like home in there. Washing machines are outdated as well and need replaced. All of them. Constantly breaking down. Let's do better corporate! Overall we had a good experience there and wanted to give an extra thank you to both ladies in the office. Very kind and personable. If I need to come back I won't be hesitant. Great job putting them in charge. They get things done.

your employee norma was absolutely excellent. she did the job of 15 people and we only saw her running the office! answering phone calls while also handling in person encounters and never breaking a sweat! we absolutely adored her professionalism and personality. we hope to ensure you notice her work ethic and promote her/ or give her a vacation she has surely earned it! we stayed about a week there and it was pleasant from day one, we booked online and she helped finish the process. her being personable as well helped because we haven’t done this before, very informant.

I recently spent a full week at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ⸻

On Tuesday 12/30/25 me and my husband came home and tried to use the bathroom. It was clogged so we tried to use our plunger which did not work. So he went to the office and told the manager Holly about it and she gave him a different shaped plunger (more heavy duty) and said to try that. When it did not work he brought the plunger back down told her it didn’t work. She told him that she would have to call someone to come out the following day to fix the problem and she gave us a key to the room across the hall from us and said we can use that bathroom until it gets fixed the next day. We took the key card not knowing that went against policy and went on about our night. The following day me and my husband were out at work and my mother was here watching the kids for us until we got home so I had to call the office to get a time frame as to when someone was coming out to fix the clog since me and my husband wouldn’t be back and off work until after he office closed. The manager on duty (which was Holly again) came and tried to plug the toilet and it still didn’t work. She told my mom that she would have to call someone out and because of the holidays they wouldn’t be able to get anyone out here until Friday. She regenerated the key card for the room across the hall from us until Friday. This did make life inconvenient mainly because I have a 4 years old that does understand bathroom ques but he did not understand that we had to travel across the hall to use the potty nor was he aloud to do it by himself. Today is Friday and we went to go pay for our room again and the gm (Norma) was back from her vacation. The nice worker Alyssa told me moments before my husband went to go pay that Holly should not have been giving anyone a key to another room and that they had a snake on property and could fix the problem right then and there. Norma gave us a discount on the room for the week for the inconvenience. I love the efficiency of Norma and Alyssa and thank them both for helping out. Holly however does need retrained or removed as this is not the first problem that we’ve had happen with her. Thankfully this problem didn’t cost us another 250$.

I needed a place to stay when I moved from out of state, to find a new home, and this place has been PERFECT. I've been here a month now and planning 2 more before my new home is ready. The staff is great and helpful. The place is worn but clean and $1200 a month is cheaper than rent since all utilities are included. I highly recommend In town suites, if you need a place for short term like myself
